Terms of Service
By accessing our websites, creating a partner account, or using the PadelRank API, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.
Service
PadelRank provides programmatic access to player skill data, rankings, match ingest, and related features described in the developer documentation. Features may evolve; deprecated behaviour will be communicated with reasonable notice when practicable.
Eligibility
You must be authorised to bind your organisation. The service is for business integrators, not consumer entertainment use of the API.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, rotating compromised keys, and all activity under your account. Keys must not be embedded in client-side apps or public repositories.
Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected in the partner portal. Failure to pay may suspend API access. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
You must not scrape beyond contracted limits, resell raw feeds without agreement, attempt to reverse engineer the rating system, interfere with service integrity, or use the API for unlawful discrimination or harassment.
Integrator responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful collection of end-user data, privacy notices, consents, and responding to data subject requests for data you control. You must not submit special-category data unless we explicitly agree in writing.
Intellectual property
PadelRank retains all rights in the service, brand, and rating outputs format. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use API responses within your applications during an active subscription.
Availability and support
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless a separate SLA applies. Maintenance windows and outages may occur.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelRank is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate according to the subscription terms. We may suspend access immediately for material breach or abuse. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you. Courts in Portugal have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
